Raise Our Grade, Minnesota

American Public Works Association

Problem: “Minnesota’s infrastructure earned a disturbingly low grade of C from the American Society of Civil Engineers. Our nonpartisan group of public works professionals wants to inspire and empower residents to urgently request investment in the state.” 

Strategy: Create a Minnesota-specific initiative with the goal right in the name–and marketing tools to support it.

Result: Minnesotans gained a customized online experience that showed their congressional districts’ infrastructure needs. The site enabled them to immediately petition their legislators for more attention to underfunded projects.
